Summary text: View looking down on gravel promontory. Four expedition members unload timber from a wooden rowing boat at the shore. Two other wooden rowing boats and a motor boat lie at the shore nearby. De Havilland Fox Moth biplane with floats stands on the beach, stacks of timber lie on the ground, sled dogs wander around and a pyramid tent is pitched higher up the promontory. Sea with ice cliff and mountainous coast in the background.
