Summary text: View of the interior of Shackleton’s hut. Nelson and Lashly sit on wooden boxes reading, Day stands at a stove stirring a metal pot behind. Boxes are stacked against walls, bottles and cans stand on a table, clothes hang on lines suspended from the ceiling. Other clothes hang from the walls which are lined with shelves.
